Welcome families!
When I first came to Prince of Peace in 2022, having spent my career as principal or president of high schools, I was immediately struck by how JOYFUL this school is! Students are truly happy to be here! You can see it in their smiles in the classrooms, in their singing at Mass, in their interactions with teachers in the hallways, and in their enthusiasm and pride on the ball fields..
Immersing children in such a joyful community of faith, some for as many as eleven years (K3-8th grade) leaves an indelible mark on how they see themselves and who they become!
As a three time National Blue Ribbon School, we challenge students to stretch, but also encourage them when they stumble and advocate for them through the ups and downs of growing up. We are optimists, borne out of our belief that children “can do all things through Christ who strengthens them!" (Philippians 4:13)
We prepare them for their future, even as we remind them who they are now: children of God, called to live confidently as people of faith and virtue.
We invite you to learn more about us on these pages! Even better, come and see!

Welcome!
I feel so blessed to be part of this amazing community that is dedicated to helping students find their purpose and grow in formation.
Prince of Peace Catholic School is committed to preparing students academically. A focus on the 21st Century skills of communication, collaboration, creativity, and computational and critical thinking prepares students for an ever-changing workforce where these skills are essential. Over the past few years, we have concentrated professional development to promote these skills through a shift to rigorous content, project-based learning opportunities, incorporation of a campus STREAM initiative, promoting a growth mindset in all constituents, and broadening understanding of the needs of students with learning differences. In pushing students to challenge themselves and learn through productive struggles, it is necessary to offer support systems that allow all students to grow.
In living our mission, the Prince of Peace family offers students a safe space to take risks and reflect. This leads them to learn through failures and strengthen their personal faith. We are blessed with a remarkable community and look forward to another great year!
Yours in Christ,
Meghan Jones, MS
Principal
