In grades 2-3, we have one full time teacher assistant per grade level, for a ratio of 17-18 per adult. In grades 4-5, the ratio is 19-20. In grades 6-8 we divide Math and English classes into four sections, for a ratio of 19-21 in those sections and 26-28 in the remaining classes.
In addition to these classroom teachers and assistants, our teaching staff includes 5 learning specialists, two licensed counselors, two technology teachers, two Spanish teachers, an art teacher, a music teacher, a media center specialist and three physical education teachers-- all for the purpose of giving students a full, well rounded elementary school experience.
