We're thrilled to introduce Mrs. Tamara Bayo! Since 2020, Mrs. Bayo has served our school as as a substitute teacher, and she officially joined the POP family as Christian Service Coordinator for the 2023-2024 school year.
Mrs. Bayo holds a B.A. from Texas Tech University. In May, 2023, she graduated from Southern Methodist Univerity with M.A. in Divinity. In addition to teaching, Mrs. Bayo serves as a Chaplain at Children's Hospital in both Dallas and Plano.
Mrs. Bayo and her husband Alejandro have been married for nineteen years and share two children and a fur baby. Lily is an eighth grade student at POP, Tomas a senior at John Paul II High School, and Penny a sweet three year-old pup. The Bayos have been a POP family for over seven years and are outstanding supporters of our school community.
Outside of school, you can find Mrs. Bayo at the farm watching Lily ride horses; at the tennis courts cheering on Tomas; at the dog park with Penny; at La Madeleine with her friends; or with a cup of coffee in front of the fireplace. Mrs. Bayo has an enormous heart for service and looks forward to continuing to nurture a culture of service at POP this school year.
