Myriam Rocconi

We're excited to welcome back Ms. Myriam Rocconi for her third year at POP! Ms. Rocconi is a recent Texas transplant, relocating from New York City in 2019 with her husband and two sons. She attended both undergraduate and graduate school in New York City and previously worked at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Following her family's big move, Ms. Rocconi completed her Clinical Teaching in East Plano and received her M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction from the University of North Texas. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, learning languages, cycling, and gardening with her children, both of whom are proud POP Stars! Ms. Rocconi remains passionate about the visual arts and is known to encourage her students to build connections between science, social studies, and the humanities.
