Erin McCormick

Say hello to Mrs. Erin McCormick! For 25 years, Mrs. McCormick has served as an educator in the Diocese of Dallas and is a proud product of Catholic education having attended St. Patrick Catholic School and graduated from Bishop Lynch High School. Mrs. McCormick went on to attend Texas Christian University is a certified reading specialist as well as certified in ESL. Prior to joining the POP family in 2021, Mrs. McCormick taught at St. Mark's Catholic School in Plano. A firm believer in Catholic education, Mrs. McCormick strives to provide her students with a welcoming, exciting, and safe place to learn as they continue to grow in their faith and love of Jesus. Having served as a first grade teacher for three years, Mrs. McCormick is excited to transition to the second grade team as teacher and team leader for the 2024-2025 school year.

Mrs. McCormick and her husband Brian are proud graduates of TCU and can be found in the fall (and every other sporting season) clad in purple and cheering on the Horned Frogs! The McCormicks share two children including Mary Kate, a senior at Kansas State University, and Collin, a recent graduate of John Paul II High School. In her free time, Mrs. McCormick enjoys watching college football and spending time with family and friends.
