Ana Mendoza

Meet Ms. Ana Mendoza! A lifelong North Texas resident, Ms. Mendoza holds a degree in Early Childhood Education from Dallas College. Since joining the POP family in 2012, Ms. Mendoza has worked with students in nearly every grade level.

Why have you chosen to work in Catholic education?  I did not choose Catholic education; Catholic education chose me. I have felt at home since I first stepped foot at Prince of Peace. I fell in love with the community and the values we teach.

What do you enjoy about your position?  I enjoy many things about my position. I enjoy teaching different grade levels and developing positive relationships with the students. I like the content that I teach. Teaching students how to use technology as a tool to deepen their understanding is a passion of mine. I like the flexibility the position allows and the different projects we can work on in the Tech Lab.
