Step 2: Complete the Online Application
Applications may be submitted through the online application portal by clicking below. In our FACTS Family Portal, you will create a username and login before completing the online application. In the portal, parents will create student and family profiles, upload required documents, and pay the non-refundable application fee of $125.
PreK5 & Kindergarten assessments last approximately 30 minutes.
1st - 3rd grade assessments last approximately 1 hour.
4th - 8th grade assessments last approximately 2 hours.
Step 5: Schedule a Family Interview (3rd - 8th)
Family Interviews are required for incoming 3rd - 8th grade applicants. Applicants who have submitted their application and completed the assessment will be able to move schedule a family interview. Parents and students applying must be present, and siblings are welcome to join. Interviews take about 10-15 minutes.

Admissions decisions are sent by email on Friday, March 14, 2025, to families that have completed all the necessary steps in the application process. Our Admissions Committee will not review incomplete applications or render a decision until all required documents are received and the applicant's file is complete including assessments and family interviews.For additional information, please contact Mrs. Ashley Herrera '05, Director of Admissions and Alumni Relations.
Admission decisions are based on many factors, including: submission of all required paperwork, the results of the assessment test, report cards, attendance records, recommendations, classroom space, and the availability of an educational program appropriate for the prospective student. Priority is given to returning students (currently enrolled and eligible to re-enroll), qualified siblings of enrolled students and active, tithing members of Prince of Peace Catholic Church.
